AUDIENCE
When it comes to professional development, there are no silver bullets, and so much of a program’s effectiveness depends on clarity of audience. The Collective Academy works best with organizations that are dedicated to staff development. There are three components to successful programming:
1. INTENTIONALITY The “why” and “why now” must be clear and compelling.
2. SUSTAINABILITY Programming must fit into a larger vision and plan for an employee’s future.
3. FOCUS Who are you trying to reach? How do you know what they need? For example:
Is it all staff?
Do you have a retention or engagement issue with a particular subset of employees?

One-Day Session
Our ONE-DAY SESSIONS are rocket fuel for teams or small organizations seeking connection or managing change. For new clients, this format is a great introduction to The Collective Academy’s style of gathering and facilitation.

Leadership Series
Our LEADERSHIP SERIES is our most flexible format for organizations seeking to provide development opportunities, whether it be to specific departments, to certain levels of experience, or company-wide. Offered as a biweekly, content-rich, and skill-focused series, clients have access to six sessions on individual topics, a deep dive into a few core areas, or something in between. This is a powerful add-on to a One-Day Session.

Leadership Academy
The virtual LEADERSHIP ACADEMY is an ideal format for current and aspiring leaders, and those seeking a sharper vision of their career goals. Regardless of position, the Leadership Academy helps participants cultivate greater self-awareness to clarify the path forward. What makes each Leadership Academy so powerful is the people–as each cohort travels through the experience, they build community and make meaning (and meaningful connections) together.
The Academy can include one or more of our favorite assessments, a book to serve as a thematic guide through the program, and inter-session coaching to deepen the experience.
Type: In-person or Hybrid
Attendees: 30 - 50
Duration: 2 full days (opening and closing) & 3 sessions in between (either half-day in person, 2-hour virtual, or hybrid)
IMMERSION PROGRAM
The IMMERSION Program helps companies commit to the “inside hire” by investing in the long-term flourishing of individuals and teams. Think of the Immersion Program as part of your Learning & Development team, providing a comprehensive experience for your entire organization. Whether it's ongoing education in the Leadership Series, training for emerging leaders in the Leadership Academy, or a Book Club that supercharges-company culture, the Immersion Program combines elements of our Starter and Traction Programs to address your company's needs and goals. In concert with our Leadership Immersion, our most robust programmatic offering, the Immersion Program fosters a sustainable transformation for your employees and company at large.
Leadership Immersion
Our in-person LEADERSHIP IMMERSION offers the greatest impact to individuals looking to level-up professionally. Like our virtual offering, Leadership Immersion helps participants cultivate greater self-awareness to clarify the path forward, with the added magic of real-life fellowship with colleagues.

Our INDIVIDUAL COACHING supercharges professional growth through personal exploration. Our coaching method enhances a client’s ability to focus on what matters, and surfaces personal strengths to help them architect and achieve their goals.

Ongoing Group Coaching
Our ONGOING GROUP COACHING is an add-on for our Leadership Academies, offering participants the opportunity for focused attention on their goals and accountability from the group.
Tailored Research
We are available to design and conduct pre- and post-program engagement surveys and interviews. Our pre-program research determines topics of exploration that help us create a bespoke program for your organization. Our post-program research assesses the efficacy of the program and surfaces the best next steps needed to continue momentum.
