OUR HISTORY
Thanks to clients who grew with us, our experience runs wide and our expertise runs deep. As a team, we’ve launched four successful businesses and transitioned large-scale in-person events to powerful virtual experiences. We bring a curiosity and warmth that comes from our background in psychology and years of practicing therapy.
2014
We launched in 2014, hosting “career incubators” that helped leaders in Chicago to dream big and plan audaciously.
2015
We began facilitating the Crain’s Leadership Academy in 2015. Coaching soon followed, and our scope and reach expanded to be nationwide.
2021
Today, we are grateful to work with diverse industries and individuals, facilitating connections that create growth, solutions, and bold action.
