We are showing up this year to drive transformation, performance and growth - and just like any great road trip, we think this journey will be better with a co-pilot (that’s you)!

But before we embark, let’s pause to look back.

For us, last year brought:

Expansion - The Collective Academy grew in number, and in diversity: of thought, expertise, and geographic location. We believe diversity in all ways is good always, and we’re not stopping now.

Improvement - Even coaches need coaches. So, we hired one! The Collective Academy initiated an intentional growth process last year  with an aim to bring  leadership programming and a sense of community to even more people this year.

What did the year bring you?

Answering that question enables you to build on what you learned, even as you think about what’s next.
